privacy policy
the short version.
we collect what we need to process and ship your order. we don't sell your data. ever.
this policy applies to full sixty. (fullsixty.co / fullsixty.polsia.app).
what we collect
- contact info. name and email address
- shipping address. to deliver your order
- payment info. processed by stripe. we never see or store your card number.
- order history. what you bought, when, for how much
- basic analytics. page visits via plausible (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal data)
how we use it
- fulfilling and shipping your order
- sending order confirmations and shipping updates
- processing returns and store credit
- responding to your support requests
we don't send marketing emails unless you've opted in. unsubscribe any time.
who we share it with
only the vendors we need to run the store:
- stripe. payment processing
- shippo. shipping labels and tracking
- apliiq. order fulfillment and printing
- postmark. transactional email delivery
- polsia. platform hosting and infrastructure
we may use privacy-conscious advertising tools (such as meta) to reach new customers. if tracking pixels are used, they are limited to anonymized conversion data. we do not build advertising profiles from your personal information.
no data brokers. we don't sell your information to anyone.
gift recipients
when purchasing a gift, you may provide the recipient's name and email on their behalf for gift delivery purposes. recipient data is used only to fulfill the gift order and is not used for marketing or shared beyond what's needed for delivery.
cookies
we use minimal cookies. only what's needed for your shopping session (cart, checkout state). our analytics (plausible) are cookieless by design.
california residents (ccpa)
if you're a california resident, you have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect about you
- request deletion of your personal information
- opt out of the sale of personal information (we don't sell it, but you have the right)

canadian residents (pipeda)
canadian customers have similar rights to access, correct, and delete personal information under pipeda. contact privacy@fullsixty.co to exercise these rights.
data security
we use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. payment data is handled entirely by stripe and never touches our servers.
children's privacy
we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. all orders for youth products are placed by parents or guardians on their behalf. if we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we'll delete it promptly. contact privacy@fullsixty.co if you have concerns.
data retention
we retain order records for 7 years for tax and legal purposes. you may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@fullsixty.co.

we'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date below. continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
