the short version
we issue store credit. no cash refunds. you have 30 days from delivery. items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. we cover return shipping.
how returns work
start your return at fullsixty.polsia.app/returns. enter your order details and we'll email you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
once we receive and inspect the item, store credit is issued within 3–5 business days to the email address on your order. store credit never expires.
for gift returns, store credit goes to the gift recipient's email. not the original buyer's. include the recipient's email when submitting your return.
damaged or defective
got a defective or damaged item? email support@fullsixty.co with a photo. no return needed. we'll issue a replacement or full store credit. your call. instant processing.

final sale & discounted orders
items purchased with a promo or discount code are final sale and not eligible for refund or store credit.
full line change orders (3+ items, 10% auto-discount) are eligible for exchanges but not refunds. return any item from a full line change order and swap it for a different word, fit, or size.
items with custom personalization. like our number series. are final sale unless defective.
exchanges
we don't do direct exchanges. return your item for store credit, then place a new order. store credit applies at checkout.
