the short version.

by using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. we wrote them in plain english on purpose. the legal protection is all still there. it's just not buried in jargon.

accepting these terms.

by accessing or using full sixty. (fullsixty.co / fullsixty.polsia.app), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. if you don't agree, don't use the site.

we can update these terms at any time. when we do, we'll change the date at the bottom. continued use of the site after updates means you accept the new terms.

account terms.

you must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. by using the site, you confirm you're 18+. parents and guardians may purchase on behalf of minors.

you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. if something unauthorized happens, let us know immediately at support@fullsixty.co.

intellectual property.

everything on this site. the brand, the logo, the product designs, the photography, the copy. belongs to full sixty. you may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of it without written permission.

user-generated content: when you submit a word for the wall of words or a custom order, you grant full sixty. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for display, marketing, and product creation. you represent that you have the right to submit it.

permitted use.

you may use this site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. you may not:

• scrape, crawl, or systematically collect site content
• use automated tools to place orders or interact with the site
• attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to access
• submit content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on someone else's rights
• impersonate another person or entity

we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations, no notice required.

products & ordering.

we do our best to display products accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

placing an order is an offer to buy. we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or items going out of stock. if we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

order confirmation emails are sent automatically and do not constitute final acceptance of your order. your order is confirmed when we send a fulfillment or shipping notification.

custom & personalized items. final sale.

this includes any item made specifically to your specifications, custom number orders, and personalized wall of words items.

payment & billing.

we accept major credit cards via stripe. all prices are in usd. by completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order total including applicable tax and shipping.

if a payment fails, your order will not be processed. we don't store your card details. stripe handles all of that.

promo codes & discount terms.

promotional codes and discounts. including the family pack and any sale pricing. are subject to the following:

• one promo code per order unless the offer explicitly says otherwise
• promo codes cannot be stacked or combined with other discounts
• promo codes are non-transferable and have no cash value
• usage limits are set at the time the code is issued
• we can modify or revoke any promo code at our discretion, at any time
• codes that have been misused, shared without authorization, or obtained fraudulently may be canceled without notice

store credit.

store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value. it never expires. it can only be applied toward future full sixty. orders. it can't be applied to prior purchases or redeemed for cash.

if you received store credit as a return or gift, it belongs to the email address it was issued to. we can't transfer it between accounts.

gift purchases.

when you buy a gift through full sixty., the recipient gets a digital gift notification and picks their own item. you're authorizing us to collect the recipient's name and email to fulfill the gift.

gifts follow the same terms as standard orders. including the return policy and the custom items final sale policy.

wall of words submissions.

when you submit a word to the wall of words, you're giving us permission to display it publicly on our site. submissions are moderated. we can reject or remove any word at our discretion.

by submitting a word, you confirm that you own or have the right to submit it. and that it doesn't violate anyone else's trademark, copyright, or rights.

we're not responsible for the content of submissions, but we reserve the right to take down anything that's infringing, offensive, or illegal.

shipping & delivery.

we ship to the us and canada. estimated delivery times are just estimates. not guarantees. once an order ships, it's in the hands of the carrier.

you're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. if a package is undeliverable due to an address error, additional shipping costs are on you.

for damaged or lost packages, email support@fullsixty.co. we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

returns & refunds.

we issue store credit, not cash refunds. full return policy lives at fullsixty.polsia.app/return-policy.

short version: 30-day return window from delivery, items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached, we cover return shipping. custom items are final sale (see above).

indemnification.

you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless full sixty., its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) arising from:

• your use of the site or its services
• any content you submit. including wall of words submissions and custom word orders
• your violation of these terms
• your violation of any third party's rights, including trademark or intellectual property rights

if you submit a word that turns out to be trademarked, offensive, or causes a legal issue. that's on you, not us. we'll cooperate with legitimate legal processes, but you're responsible for what you submit.

force majeure.

full sixty. is not liable for delays or failures in order fulfillment caused by events outside our reasonable control. this includes supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of god, labor disputes, government actions, or any other force majeure event.

if your order is affected, we'll fulfill it as soon as reasonably possible. we'll contact you if there's a significant delay. your options in those situations are to wait it out or request a refund. your call.

limitation of liability.

full sixty. is provided "as is." we make no warranties. express or implied. about the site, our products, or anything else.

to the maximum extent permitted by law, full sixty.'s total liability for any claim related to your use of the site or a purchase shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid for the order in question, whichever is less. we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

disputes & arbitration.

if you have a dispute with full sixty., let's try to sort it out first. email support@fullsixty.co and give us a chance to make it right.

if we can't resolve it informally, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the american arbitration association (aaa) under its consumer arbitration rules. arbitration takes place in san diego, ca, or remotely if both parties agree. you waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

small claims court is still an option for qualifying disputes. arbitration isn't required for those.

governing law.

these terms are governed by the laws of the state of california, without regard to conflict of law principles. any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of san diego county, california.

third-party links.

our site may link to third-party sites (instagram, carrier tracking, etc.). we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. linking to them is not an endorsement.

termination.

we can suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. if you violate these terms, your access may end immediately. any provisions that should logically survive termination (indemnification, limitation of liability, disputes) do.

severability & entire agreement.

if any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, or severed, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

these terms. along with our privacy policy and return policy. constitute the entire agreement between you and full sixty. regarding your use of the site and any purchases made. they supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings.
